1. Introduction

Welcome to ViralBot (“Platform”, “Service”), owned and operated by Adamya Innovations (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using any part of ViralBot, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using ViralBot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Services

Viral Bot provides WhatsApp automation, chatbots, API-based communication, and related services, supported through Meta Service Providers.

The performance of service will depend upon WhatsApp, Meta, Mets Service Provider APIs, network conditions, and integrations.

ViralBot (a Unit of Adamya Innovations) reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue with features and functionalities with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally authorized to represent your business. By creating an account, you certify your information is accurate and complete..

4. Account Responsibilities

You are required to provide information that is accurate only, keep your access credentials secure, Provide accurate information,

keep login details secure and accept responsibility for all the activities performed from your account. You must notify us of any unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses due to negligence.

5. WhatsApp API Usage

Usages of the portal and services must in adherence with Meta WhatsApp Business Policies including Message Template creation and approval guidelines as per META, Violations may lead to account suspension also a restriction may be imposed upon the account without notice.

6. Restricted / Prohibited Activities:

Any activity including spamming, illegal messaging, abuse, fraud but not limited to or violating Meta or WhatsApp Guidelines. You must have valid consent from the recipients before messaging them.

7. Payments & Billing

This platform offers subscriptions as messaging-based usage fee is applicable in accordance with the meta policy. The payments made towards platform subscription as well as meta messaging credits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Right of pricing structure is reserved and may be updated with or without notice. Continuation with the usage indication default acceptance of change made.

8. Third‑Party Integrations

Our services offer a wide range of third-party integrations included but not limited to ERP Solutions, CRM, Payment Gateway’s and analytics in accordance to the developer’s guidelines. viral Bot (A Unit of Adamya Innovations) will not be responsible for outages or errors caused by third party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

All assets including branding, software, and platform content are the intellectual property of Viral Bot (a unit of Adamya Innovations), and Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing platform content is completely prohibited.

10. Data & Privacy

Usage of our services is governed by our privacy policy. By using our services, you give your consent to data collection required for WhatsApp Communication.

11. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of business or profits,
  • Undelivered messages,
  • WhatsApp / MSP restrictions,
  • Data loss or downtime.

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating the stated Terms, failing payment, or engaging in harmful activities. You can also request the termination of account anytime.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of India. All Disputes will be subject to fall in the jurisdiction area of Gujarat High court.
